Team Building Experiences

Our Team Building Experiences are customisable and start with the Basic Rowing Package which can be enhanced with add-ons such as an in-house videographer to capture the day or catering for your event at Richmond Rowing Club’s stunning function space.

Basic Rowing Package includes:

  • Single day event (3+ hours)
  • Multiple structured rowing sessions (Typically 3-4)
  • Land based introduction with Concept2 rowing machines
  • On-Water Sessions in stable Crew boats (each assigned with an in-boat coach)
  • End of day Regatta-style Races

No previous experience required, we specialise in teaching crews from absolute beginners and can cater for 8 or more people.
